2. Ordering Food
Placing Orders
Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly • All orders require confirmation from us • We reserve the right to decline orders based on availability
Payment
Accepted methods: Swish, Bank Transfer • Down payment: 50% required upon order confirmation • Remaining balance: Due before or upon delivery/pickup
Order Changes
Please notify us at least 24 hours before your order date for any changes
Changes within 24 hours may not be possible

4. Cooking Courses and Workshops

Full payment required at time of booking • Confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking

5. Private Lessons
Scheduling
Sessions scheduled based on mutual availability • Full payment required before the lesson date

6. Cancellation and Refunds
Food Orders
Cancellation 48+ hours before: Full refund minus 10% processing fee • Cancellation 24-48 hours before: 50% refund • Cancellation within 24 hours: No refund (ingredients already prepared)
Cooking Courses and Lessons
Cancellation 7+ days before: Full refund • Cancellation 3-7 days before: 50% refund or reschedule • Cancellation within 3 days: No refund, but reschedule possible
Our Cancellations
If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund
7. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements
We prepare food in a kitchen that handles common allergens including but not limited to: peanuts, shellfish, fish, soy, eggs, and dairy.
Your Responsibility
Inform us of ALL allergies and dietary requirements when ordering • We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment • If you have severe allergies, please discuss with us before ordering

8. Consumer Rights (EU)
As a consumer in Sweden/EU, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Directive:
14-Day Withdrawal Right
For advance bookings, you may cancel within 14 days of booking
This does not apply to perishable goods (prepared food) or services already performed
Defective Products
If your order is significantly different from what you ordered, contact us immediately
We will offer replacement, refund, or credit at our discretion
Complaints
Contact us first to resolve any issues
If unresolved, you may contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) at www.arn.se
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for allergic reactions if you fail to inform us of allergies • We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control • Our liability is limited to the value of your order

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts.
