From Passion to Plate

Hi! I'm Genny Abais, and I've been living here in Ramkvilla, Sweden. Cooking Filipino food has always been my passion I love sharing it with my husband, friends, and family. Every time they try my dishes, they always want more! Their encouragement inspired me to turn my love for cooking into Mabuhay Meals.

I also teach cooking courses so others can recreate the dishes they love. Every dish I serve is made with a full heart, warm hospitality, and a deep respect for Filipino heritage.
